MISSING
OR STOLEN BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES:
Backflow prevention assembly theft has
become a significant problem in Southern California. Because
of the importance of this issue, the ABPA SoCal Chapter has
established a section on our web
site devoted to publishing reports
of missing/stolen backflow prevention assemblies.
NEW EVENT:
The SoCal Chapter in cooperation with the Central Valley Chapter
will hold an update seminar covering backflow prevention assembly
field testing procedures and repair/lead-free issues on November
17, 2011. Due to limited seating, this event is limited to
the first 60 who pre-register. For more information, contact
Mr. Jon Williams
at (805) 781-5567 or Mr.
Pete Peters at (909) 987-2591. The flyer is available
here. Registrations can be mailed to ABPA Southern California
Chapter, P.O. Box 712, Cypress, CA 90630.
