ABPA Southern California Chapter currently has over 200 members
who share an interest in maintaining water quality standards.

NEW:
The Chapter held a very successful update seminar covering backflow
prevention assembly field testing procedures and repair/lead-free
issues on March 14, 2012 at Eastern Municipal Water District
(EMWD) in Perris, CA. Thanks to presenters Mr. Henry Chang and
Mr. Jim Purzycki and to EMWD for providing their facilities.

MISSING
OR STOLEN BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES:
Backflow prevention assembly theft has
become a significant problem in Southern California. Because
of the importance of this issue, the ABPA SoCal Chapter has
established a section on our web
site devoted to publishing reports
of missing/stolen backflow prevention assemblies.
NEW:
The Chapter will hold a Backflow Industry Product Fair on
Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Friendship Auditorium, 3201 Riverside
Drive, Los Angeles, CA. This FREE event will be held from
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Complimentary lunch will be provided
thanks to the generosity of our exhibitors for the first 300
who pre-register. Registration forms are available

as of 5/14/2012 is now available.
